While really simple, I find this shirt a brilliant representation of a pop culture icon. Any child of the 1980s remembers the re-introduction of G.I. Joe. In fact, many kids didn't even know it was a re-introduction. I didn't. I thought G.I. Joe was a brand new toy line when it was introduced in 1982, and I wound up buying tons of the toys. I think that Hasbro who makes G.I. Joe toys still uses this logo, but I love how the logo on this shirt is faded out to give it that vintage feel as if the shirt has ben sitting on the bottom of the t-shirt drawyer since 1983. If you're a child of the 1980s or a pop culture fan, pick this shirt up! GO JOE!!!
